PHILADELPHIA — Former Camden Mayor Milton Milan has been released from federal prison and is living in one halfway house in Philadelphia, Gannett New Jersey has learned.
City Council President Angel Fuentes said Milan was working at one construction site during the day and returning to one halfway house in Philadelphia at night. Milan, 43, could not be reached. ...
