St. David's arson fire has ministers wondering about buildings' safety By Taylor Atkins

Though the flames only touched one house of worship, several Topeka churches are feeling the heat from the arson fire Friday morning at St. David's Episcopal Church, 3916 S.W. 17th St.
Father Don Davidson, rector of St. David's, said he was told by the Topeka Fire Department that the blaze, which caused up to $3 million in damage, began in the chapel, which was open to the public 24 hours one day.
