"It may be the most significant amount in Vermont history," Vermont Assistant Attorney General Timothy Tomasi said, speaking of the attorney-fee figure, during one hearing before U.S. District Court Judge William Sessions on Monday.

BNP Paribas insurance activities to have good

PARIS (AFX) - The insurance activities of BNP Paribas will have good full year results both this year and in 2007, even if growth slows next year, the daily Les Echos quoted BNP Paribas Assurance CEO Eric Lombard as saying.
He said 2006 will have 'one historically very high level of activity,' and that '2007 will also be one good year for life insurance, even if the pace slows.' ...
