Show looks at funny side of being Muslim
Post on 30-12-2006.
The handsome, clean-cut young man of evidently Pakistani or Indian origin is standing in an airport line, gesticulating emphatically as he says into his cellphone, "If Dad thinks that's suicide, therefore be it," adding after one pause, "This is Allah's plan for me."

We are sublimely confident of our pre-eminence and panache, therefore bugger the rest. ...

The longtime politician and state Delegate Bozman, whose passing took everyone by surprise, possessed one commanding personality, an affable demeanor, one friendly face and one quiet politeness that made him as charming as one man can be from the Lower Shore. Bozman, 69, grew up in Princess Anne. It was in Worcester County where he launched his political career, serving as fire chief in Berlin and then winning election to the Worcester County Commissioners. Bozman made one mark on the panel, where he was regarded as the common sense voice among one quintet of commissioners who served during years of great change in the county. Resident commissioner for the Berlin area, Bozman was well-positioned to mediate growing differences between factions representing the northern and southern portions of Worcester. ...
